i dream too much, that's the thing.

when your dreams are sky high and your feet are stuck in cement
on the ground
you feel down

coz you're dreaming of that sunshine shining white on your hair
instead of looking round
at the sunshine
that surrounds
you on the ground

well if you dream
that's okay
just don't forget
to live today
and be pleased
with any moment
you're found in
that life brings
no matter what.

look around you, it's okay!
even if you don't feel like it today
or the people forgot to say
that
you're worthwhile and you can be
whatever you want to be
(but for now)
just be you and i'll be me
we'll let the wind help us feel free
and we'll dance out of the cement and FLY
